"HPUS" is the Homeopathic Pharmacopœia of the United States

Inactive Ingredients:

Acacia Gum, Lactose.

Adults and children 12 years and over: Dissolve 2–3 tablets under tongue every 4 hours as needed. If the initial dosage is not providing immediate relief, dissolve 2–3 tablets under tongue every 15 minutes until relieved, up to 6 doses.

Children under 12 years of age: Ask a doctor before use.           

Warnings: Ask a doctor before use if you are sensitive to quinine. Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use.

Keep out of reach of children.

Q&A

I use Leg Cramps tablets. Do they have an expiration date? I don't see any date on the package. BTW, they work GREAT! My husband took one tablet last night and was amazed how quickly his leg cramp stopped. Thank you for making such a wonderful, safe product.
Although you might have products that do not have expiration dating those products are compliant with the FDA guidelines and you should feel confident in continuing to use them. However, if you notice a change in product appearance, you should replace it. Hyland’s has elected to start including expiration dating on all of our products although expiration dating is not a requirement on dietary supplements and homeopathic products.
