"I really appreciate this company & their products. Been using the cell salts for years. This is actually a great sleep enhanser & I have tried many others. Its ingredients are natural & even with melatonin, which can be a controversial ingredient, it helps put me to sleep and keep me asleep with no side effects in the morning. The. only reason for 4 stars is I wish it had 30 days worth instead of 21 days worth so I don't. have to open a 2nd bottle to finish the month because I use it every nite."
