Active Ingredients & Purpose (Original & Grape):

Allium Cepa 6X HPUS - watery/runny nose, cold, hacking cough, painful throat¹

Hepar Sulph Calc 12X HPUS - cold, sneezing¹

Hydrastis 6X HPUS - rattling/tickling cough, sinus congestion, dry/raw/sore throat¹

Natrum Muriaticum 6X HPUS - dry cough, sore throat¹

Phosphorus 12X HPUS - hoarse/dry cough,nasal congestion, chest congestion¹

Pulsatilla 6X HPUS - moist cough, cold, post nasal drip¹

Sulphur 12X HPUS - chest congestion, nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose¹

"HPUS" is the Homeopathic Pharmacopœia of the United States.

Inactive Ingredients (Original):

Citric Acid, Glycerine, Glycyrrhiza Extract, Purified Water, Sodium Benzoate.

Inactive Ingredients (Grape):

Citric Acid, Glycerine, Glycyrrhiza Extract, Natural Grape Flavor, Purified Water, Sodium Benzoate.

Children 2 years to under 6 years: 5 mL up to 6 times per day (every 4 hours).

Children 6 years to under 12 years: 10 mL up to 6 times per day (every 4 hours).

Adults and children 12 years and over: 15 mL up to 6 times per day (every 4 hours).

Warnings: Sore throat warning: If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly. Ask a doctor before use if you have: persistent or chronic cough such as smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema. A persistent cough may be a sign of a serious condition. cough that is accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus). Stop use and ask a doctor if: symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen. inflammation, fever or infection is present or develops. cough tends to recur or is accompanied by a fever, rash or persistent headache.

Keep out of reach of children. 

Do not use if tamper-evident seal is broken or missing.

This worked for my 4 year old

"Hi there I normally don't write reviews because I don't believe half of the stuff people right these days. But I can honestly tell you I'm taking the time to let you guys know that this product actually work for my four-year-old daughter. She was having symptoms of a cold and I immediately found this in my cabinet and she took only two dosis once every 4 hours like the bottle recommended and when she woke up she was fine! Awesome!"

Best Natural product that works!

"Bought this for my toddler as she had a cold with Stuffy nose, congestion and cough. Wanted something natural without having dyes and additives that are in most medicines. "Granddaughter took 10 mil form me and went into such a gagging and I thought of taking her to hospital . the next day I was in her room reading, started to cough , oh well might make me stop coughing, but NO I felt awful ,went on for 15 minutes. This stuff is awful."

Warning !! The top can be taken off by my 3 year old

"I made sure I put the top back on the medicine tight. My 3 year old loves the taste of it. He ask for more. I tell him no. I put it in the medicine cabinet over the sink. He figured out how to get it down and luckily it was almost empty. He was able to bite the white part of the top off and unscrew the clear piece off and drank the rest of the medicine. Just beware of the top not kid proof. ( For you all thinking I'm not watching my kid you can't be there every second I was cooking dinner when it happened). I'm just thankful it wasn't a full bottle. Please be careful when using this product."

"My son is very picky when it comes to taking medications and liquid homeopathic formulations. He had a terrible cold and Zyrtec/Motrin weren’t helping him much. We decided to try this instead. It was amazing! It helped his congestion and allowed him to sleep. It worked within 30 minutes and he loved the taste! Ive tried many homeopathic products and he usually can’t stomach them.
