I received an empty package, no products

"After receiving two empty packages and contacting Hyland's, I'm still waiting to receive replacements. I ordered from their site because they still offer the smaller pellets instead of the big ones. My local health food stores don't carry the cell salts, so I was looking forward to stocking up with their end of year discounts. This was my first time ordering directly from Hyland's, and I'm really disappointed with the hassle it's taking to try and receive the two orders I paid for but never received. When I first contacted them on Dec. 28, I asked for my missing order to be expedited, but it's Jan. 10 and I've yet to get an agent who has actually helped me after I've repeatedly followed up. After the first empty package, I noticed a week later that the next package looked flat and recorded a video of me opening it (it has my address on it, otherwise I'd upload it here, but I did share it with Hyland's). It has been taking awhile to hear back from customer service. The last message I received told me I needed to give them a different mailing address. I've never had a business respond this way and requested they mail it to my original address. With cold and flu season here, it's really frustrating to not have the 8 bottles of cell salts I ordered. Now I'm wondering if I need to dispute the transactions with my credit card company. I'd recommend getting the cell salts from another company like Vitacost instead."
