"The only product I trust to prevent tunneling and cyst like acne. I have been able to draw out so much infection that my HS no longer gets walnut sized lumps! Some recurrent spots are in remission for over a year!!!! Whenever I get a blemish I now immediately apply PRID and I dont have to worry about it tunneling or becoming to large. I will likely always have HS due to my autoimmune diseases. However, with PRID I can avoid excessive systemic antibiotics and large scarring. My microbiology thanks Hylands! I also was a n infant daycare provider for over 15 years and trust their baby products as well from my anecdotal experience. This is a solid company! I have purchased for friends to share the love and success. Do not gate keep this product! I hope they do not raise the price too much with the economy plus this glowing review! I love that it comes in a tin."
"I purchased a tin of PRID, and have tried unsuccessfully for over two hours to open the tin. It does not have that edge that is shown in this video. If it did, I would just pry off the top with a flathead screwdriver or a butter knife, but it’s impossible to open. Three people have tried and they cannot get it open. I’m very disappointed with your product. Why does mine not have a lip to the top? Please send me a tin with a lip like the ones shown in the video and I will gladly return this one to you. Thank you."
"I bought this fir my daughter she chrcked out the reviews and wanted to try it for her skin has been given her all sorts of problems but now she is much happier with the results still early but progress is seen"

"Great product"
"Excellent product. Works exactly as stated"
"Dear PRID Product Team, I am writing to share feedback about your product packaging, specifically the container used for PRID drawing salve. While I want to emphasize that the product itself is highly effective and something I value having on hand, the design of the container makes it extremely difficult to access—far more than it should be for any user. The current container is small and lacks a sufficient gripping surface, which makes opening the lid unnecessarily challenging. This is not just a minor inconvenience; it can take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to open the container under normal conditions, unless one resorts to forcing it in a way that risks damaging the packaging. For individuals with any level of reduced hand strength, joint pain, or dexterity issues, this design presents a significant barrier. Given that your product is often used in situations where someone is already dealing with discomfort or injury, the added frustration of struggling to open the container only compounds the problem. A more accessible design would greatly improve the user experience. Simple changes could make a substantial difference. For example, a twist-off lid with better traction, or even just a slightly larger lid with textured sides for easier grip, would make the product far more usable. These adjustments would not compromise the product but would instead enhance its accessibility for a much wider range of customers. I strongly encourage you to consider redesigning the container with usability and accessibility in mind. Your product deserves packaging that reflects its quality and effectiveness, rather than detracting from it. Thank you for your time and consideration."
